Andy has been in the hospitality business for 33 years and has been involved in every aspect of the food and beverage industry. He started as a busser and dishwasher for a little cafe in his home town of Atlantic, Iowa at the age of 16. During his college career he bartended, served and cooked at a Bar and Grille in Storm Lake, Iowa. After he graduated college in 1992 he got a job trying to sell the most ridiculous things ever, cellular phones. They were to big and to expensive so Andy worked nights and weekends at a Cheddar's Casual Cafe as a server and cook to help pay the bills. He worked for Cheddar's in several rolls including General Manager and in several states until 1999. Andy then left the restaurant business to be a Director of Food & Beverage for Radisson Hotel in Hampton, Virginia. In 1993 he took a role as the Director of Operations for Q’s Restaurant Group, LLC operating Cheddar’s Casual Café restaurants in the Tampa, Florida market. In 2007 he created 3 C's Catering as a division of Q's. In 2011 3 C's Catering became its own LLC and in 2015 Andy and his wife bought out the owner of Q's to become the owners and operators of 3 C's Catering, LLC.. Andy strives to ensure all of 3 C’s Catering events are well organized. He oversees all aspects of operations, including: staffing, set up, and food production.
Chris has been in the food service and catering industry for over 25 years. His commitment to food quality and presentation is unmatched in the catering field. Chris personally oversees the many chefs that work on the preparation of all food items for 3 C’s Catering events. He strives to ensure that the food quality and presentation for every 3 C’s Catering event is personalized and meets the individual needs of our clients. His attention to detail for food and health and sanitation is unmatched in this industry.
Julie has 17 years of experience serving as the catalyst for successful event planning, marketing, and customer loyalty, delivering value to client organizations. Her event planning experience includes Banquets, Catering, Weddings and Non-profit event planning. Julie specializes in personal one on one consultations with clients to understand their event needs in order to ensure a successful and impressive event.
Chef Rick has been involved with the culinary field for over 10 years in the Tampa Bay community. He has worked alongside numerous other bay area chefs and has learned many styles and cuisines. Chef Rick furthered his training by studying the Culinary Arts at an esteemed local college. Chef Rick creates menus and dishes that match the needs and budgets for all 3 C’s Catering events and clients. He has a “hands on” philosophy when it comes to the preparation of food. His attention to detail makes him a leader in creating balance and harmony on one’s palate.
