Tampa Bay's newest wedding, reception and special event venue located in Riverview-Brandon, Florida, with over 30,000 square feet of luxurious event space, including a 10,000 square foot ballroom that can be divided into 2 or 3 suites to accommodate your specific guest count, boasting 22-foot ceilings and hardwood floors, a convenient and comfortable bridal suite, picturesque terrace with a grand staircase that descends upon our courtyard conducive for outdoor ceremonies and events, The Regent can only be described as extraordinary. They can accommodate intimate parties of 50 upwards to 600 seated.
Center Place Fine Arts & Civic Association, a non-profit established in 1976, is located in the heart of Brandon at the Sandy Rodriguez Center, home to both Center Place and the Brandon Regional Library. It sits on beautiful Clayton Lake and South Parsons Avenue, and offers residents the convenience of a centrally located, multi-functional facility complete with a lakefront deck area. It can accommodate up to 150 people. Center Place provides the tables, chairs, a 15’x18’ dance floor, and you may bring your own caterer. Center Place was created through the dedication and love of a community by area leaders and residents. Its mission is to provide a cultural center for visual and performing arts, resources for civic organizations, and giving the community easy access to the arts through exhibits, classes and performances.
