Dear 3 C's

My husband and I had our wedding in April of 2009 at the Palmetto Club at Fishhawk Ranch in Lithia.  We had no idea that 3 C's Catering even existed!! From the very beginning, Julie and Andy were great....very professional, easy to work with, and super friendly and polite. Being the crazy bride, it was great knowing I could always reach Julie with any questions or concerns. We chose to work with them and their partners for our linens and bartending as well. When the big day finally came, the place looked amazing. Everything from the way they set the guest tables and buffet tables, to the way the food and appetizer displays were, looked beautiful. The staff were all friendly and professional, including Spunky Spirits who did the bartending.

We chose the three entrees, however we picked the buffalo chicken wraps as an entree but chose to serve it as an appetizer along with the fruit and veggie platters....worked out great!! The food was delicious and fresh, and we still to this day get compliments on it, and we have some seriously picky eaters that attended the wedding too! Best part of all, the prices were extremely reasonable, which was very important to us in our wedding planning. We would very highly recommend 3 C's Catering to anyone who wants fabulous food and service for a great price.

Hey Julie!

Thank you so much! The wedding was wonderful, despite a couple of snafus (did you hear about the melting roses on the cake we ordered from our Baker?). Ashley and the team were amazing; they took care of everything and went way above and beyond what they were there to do and really helped to pull the reception together. All of the guests raved about the food, and Tim and I really loved it, too.

I can't thank you all enough for everything you did; you and your staff are simply amazing. I happen to know a few couples who are getting married within the next year or so, and I will definitely pass along your information to them.

I wanted to write you today and express how extremely happy I was with your company after catering my office Christmas party. You completely exceeded my expectations and produced a fantastic product.

I have been in the hospitality industry for a long time and currently own a company that examines service and food quality so my expectations are very high. First, let me say that your help throughout the planning stages was much appreciated and when it came to setting up the party it was very nice to see you arrive on-time and that you were prepared perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised when you had your wonderful staff serve my guests throughout the evening. Any company I have ever used in the past simply drops off the food and returns later for their equipment.

The quality of your food was the highlight of the party. Even as I sit in my office two days later, the wonderful compliments keep coming in about how fantastic all of the food was.

We are a future not-for-profit organization focusing on the sustentation of infant and family lives, specifically SIDS, in the Tampa Bay area.

I want to express our gratitude for your outstanding service at our wedding on December 6, 2008. From the very first meeting, your service far exceeded anything we could ask for. Your relaxed, comfortable rapport, coupled with ability to ask questions and listen made us feel comfortable from the start, and would prove invaluable on our wedding day.  You and your staff provided amazingly delicious food and extremely impressive service.  The cocktail hour was wonderful.  You listened to my ideas and expression and made them into a reality. People are still talking about the reception and the delicious food.  Many of our guests called us and my parents to rave about the delicious food.
