About 3 C's Catering

3 C's Catering is a Tampa, Florida based company founded in 2007. Our operation began by serving Cheddar's Casual Café food at a local church one Sunday per month. Although we donated the food for the event, we received a nominal fee to cover our staff and supplies. Over the next few months we put our profits back into the company in order to acquire more catering supplies and equipment. 

Soon after, we provided food services for a SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) Gala and several charity Golf Tournaments, and quickly found ourserlves catering three to four events per month.

From this beginning and the success of the events we participated in, we were able to establish our reputation in the industry and grow into what we are today. Our growth continues to evolve primarily as a result of the word of mouth comments and recommendations of our clients. Our event list has grown to include: weddings, office parties, business luncheons, church events, black tie galas, holiday parties, charity golf tournaments, birthdays and private parties.

We believe every function should be treated as an individual event, including the menu and service needs. We will meet with each client personally to ensure all of your event needs are met and your event is set up to impress.

Quality Control: Our food is prepared in one of our partnering Cheddar's Casual Café kitchens, where one of our experienced Chef's personally oversees the quality of your food.

Experience: Our Event Management Staff has over 20 years of combined experience meeting the individual needs of our clients. In addition, our chefs have over 15 years of combined history in the Banquet and Catering Industry. And finally, our Baker has prepared delectable cakes and desserts for all types of events for over four years now.

Personnel: Our staff is hand-picked from the great selection of Cheddar's Casual Café employees. We specifically choose our support staff teams to match the needs of each individual event.

Management & Operations

Andy Dennis, President

Mr. Dennis has been in the hospitality business for 24 years and has been involved in every aspect of the food and beverage industry.  He is currently the Director of Operations for Q’s Restaurant Group,LLC operating the Cheddar’s Casual Café restaurants in the Tampa, Florida market and President of the 3 C’s Catering division.  Mr. Dennis strives to ensure all of 3 C’s Catering events are well organized.  He oversees all aspects of operations, including:  staffing, set up, and food production. 

Julie Dennis, Event Coordinator

Mrs. Dennis has 12 years of experience serving as the catalyst for successful event planning, marketing, and customer loyalty, delivering value to client organizations.  Her event planning experience includes Banquets, Catering, Weddings and Non-profit event planning.  Mrs. Dennis specializes in personal one on one consultations with clients to understand their event needs in order to ensure a successful and impressive event.

Chris Deck, Director of Food Operations

Mr. Deck has been in the food service and catering industry for over 20 years.  His commitment to food quality and presentation is unmatched in the catering field.  Mr. Deck personally oversees the many chefs that work on the preparation of all food items for 3 C’s Catering events.  He strives to ensure that the food quality and presentation for every 3 C’s Catering event is personalized and meets the individual needs of our clients.

Minh Ross, Executive Chef

Chef Ross has been involved with the culinary field for over 13 years in the Tampa Bay community.  He has worked alongside numerous other bay area chefs and has learned many styles and cuisines.  Chef Ross furthered his training by studying the Culinary Arts at an esteemed local college.  Chef Ross creates menus and dishes that match the needs and budgets for all 3 C’s Catering events and clients.  He has a “hands on” philosophy when it comes to the preparation of food.  His attention to detail makes him a leader in creating balance and harmony on one’s palate. 

John Sullivan, Sales and Guest Service Manager

Mr. Sullivan has been in management and the hospitality business for over 10 years.  He has a unique passion for people and ensuring that 3 C’s Catering guests have a great and memorable experience at each event he manages.  His attention to guest’s needs makes each 3 C’s Catering event special for every guest he comes in contact with.

Ashley Campbell, Sales and Banquet Supervisor

Mrs. Campbell has been in the catering and hospitality industry for nine years.  She specializes in exquisite event and buffet decoration.  She also organizes and oversees the guest service for 3 C’s Catering events.  Mrs. Campbell ensures that all 3 C’s Catering events have that “WOW” factor in appearance, quality and service.
